Double room to rent in nicely renovated period property in Leigh - a small village just outside Tonbridge. Five minutes by car or train to Tonbridge and 2 minutes from house to train station. Ten minutes to Sevenoaks by car and fifteen minutes to Tunbridge Wells.
This is something a little different and in our opinion worth paying the premium to live somewhere really nice.
Would suit settled professional of similar age to current friendly occupants (30-50). Must want to live in a relaxed but clean and tidy way in a beautiful house. We have a cleaner but you’ll need tidy up after you as you go. One existing housemate may be away for winters so the house will probably be shared by two housemates for six months of the year. The remaining housemate currently spends a lot of time with his partner so you may have the place to yourself on a regular basis!
All mod cons - woodburner, dishwasher, washing machine, large flatscreen tv, sonos sound system, broadband, garden, two shower/bathrooms and wcs, huge ice and chilled water American style fridge freezer.
Current residents are two civilised, respectful, educated guys - we would prefer our new housemate to be female to keep a bit of balance in the house, although this isn’t essential.
Proper shared house - chill out in the sitting room, use the dining room, have friends over for dinner etc. We want to live in a nice happy environment so the right person who will fit in is essential - it could be you so give us a shout!
