I am a professional gardener and I will be buying a house in Littlebourne in September 2022. I am looking for a house mate to share my new 3 bed home. There would therefore be two people sharing, me and you.
You will possibly be a mature student, or PHD or Masters student who is looking for comfortable homely accommodation a little way out the city with a quiet atmosphere in which you can study. Ideally you would be vegetarian/vegan like me.
This is not a typical 'student let' so if you are looking for a rowdy undergraduate student house., please keeping on looking - this is not for you.
The house is a spacious 3 bed character property with garden and parking . The loft room that you seen in the picture would be your room. There is a singe bathroom that will be shared.
Canterbury city centre is about 30 mins by cycle. Thats how long it takes me anyway.
