Large floor to ceiling double wardrobe and kingsize bed. The flat it's self has a large living room, with a feature gas fire and large flat screen tv with freeview play, large sofa and table and chairs to seat 6. Separate kitchen with the usual appliances, including integrated dishwasher, washing machine and a full range of kitchen equipment. Bathroom with bath and over head good pressure shower. The garden is a sun trap and a really nice tranquil place which i redesigned this summer. There is plenty of storage including a large accessible/boarded loft and shed. Whilst no specific off road parking, the road is private and therefore free parking. There are a couple of lovely country pubs nearby and Penenden Heath which boasts a lovely big park and small row of shops. 15 -20 minutewalk into town and Maidstone East train station. You will be sharing with my friend and current Iodger Artur who works nights Mon - Fri, aged 27 and is very friendly. He rents a second double bedroom. The flat is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Whilst I will not live at the property I will pop back with prior agreement to undertake any DIY etc and on hand to help in anyway. I currently live in Essex with my partner.
