Hello,
I have a double room to rent in my two bedroom basement flat in Maidstone. It is close to the town centre and comes with a parking space underground. Maidstone east is a 7-10 minute walk.
I have a small dog who is here sometimes so you must be dog friendly.
I am very into cleanliness so good hygiene is a MUST please :)
The room can be furnished or unfinished and I will be redecorating beforehand. There is a walk in wardrobe in the room aswell as a desk which can stay or be removed.
Open plan living room/kitchen.
I work full time but do also work from home a lot so ideally need a flatmate who works full time.
There is no garden or balcony.
No minimum stay and maximum 6 months to begin with. If all is well we can extend after but if it doesn't go so well you will have to make other arrangements.
