Period Victorian/Edwardian detached house with a room to rent. Clean, spacious, bright and recently renovated.

The room is a double (choice of two). There will be a bed/mattress, bedside table or chest of drawers and wardrobe or clothes rack as a minimum.

Off road parking available, also on road parking with a permit permit.

Living room, bathroom and kitchen have all the usual furniture/appliances for shared use and provides plenty of shared living space.

Spacious gardens with borders.

Excellent little pub 50 yards from the house. A local shop just over the road stocking most items you might need and other shops and amenities close by.

5 minute walk to Maidstone West station and just under 20 minute walk to Maidstone East Station. M20, M2/A2 and M25 all close by and a walk into town only takes 10 minutes.

Strictly no smoking indoors, no problem outside/in the garden. We have never had any pets.

One month rent in advance and the same held as a deposit.
