Double room in quiet house near Margate station

Double room available for short- to mid-term lodgers from mid-September 2024 onwards. Minimum stays of a week upwards considered, including Mon-Fri stays (deposit adjusted according to length of stay). All bills included.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, large under-bed drawer, clothes rail, dressing table/desk, and chair.

The house has a large living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden. It's less than 10 minutes' walk from Margate train station, with Westbrook beach just over the road. It's a short walk into Margate Old Town and around a 30 min walk to Cliftonville.

In general, I'm looking for someone tidy, clean, and respectful, who will leave communal areas as they find them. I'm laid back about a lot of stuff but I'm an unapologetic neat freak at home!

For longer stays, it would be great to live with someone like-minded, who's up for having the occasional coffee together and who might like to go to a gig or exhibition every now and then.
