We are looking for a house sharer to live in our 3 bedroom house in Margate, which is situated in a quiet location next to Dreamland, the seafront and the train station. Although I occupy a room at the house, myself and my partner live elsewhere, so the new housemate would live alone the majority of the time. The house has been recently decorated and is furnished, with a downstairs room we could turn into an office area. Parking is available at the property and there is an en-suite shower room.
