We are a small family of 3, myself Nadine, my partner Conor, my 8 year old son Luke and our cat boycie.
We are quite an active family and enjoy days out. Myself and partner both work.
We have a double room with a new double bed, desk, TV, WiFi sky Q in the room for an extra £5. Separate bathroom and toilet room, garden and use to the washing machine. There is some parking along our road.
We are looking for a working tenant, that is easy going, child friendly. Someone that is sociable but also gives privacy. A reference will be required and no DSS please. Couples welcome but rent well be more than £100 pw.
