A double room in my heritage house, Margate Old Town, with big bathroom, bath and separate shower. Newly fitted kitchen and regular bills included, unlimited broadband internet, a storage space for a bike is available, basic satellite TV box available and TV. The room is available from 28th October, Professional lodgers preferred, no couples. No pets allowed. The room is fully furnished, with double bed, bedding provided and washed weekly, one bag of personal laundry is included in the rent. A coin operated launderette is also near by for your bulky or larger amounts. Full access to a bathroom with seperate shower, great kitchen, separate fridge with small freezer compartment for lodgers. 5 mins from the harbour, the old town and seafront. Dreamland and all activities nearby on the Loop (local) and 8 Canterbury bus route, Short let's will be considered, Please apply for rates dependant on days. I live and work at home.
