Single, sunny room available, with sea views

A bright , sunny room is available , just a 5 minute walk from the beach , with use of a shared bathroom and kitchen. The room is fully furnished and there is full fibre broadband. There is a sunny south facing garden with washing line and a fully complimented kitchen with everything you need. This has been my family home for the past 25 years and so is full of history, memories and love! The house does need updating in some areas, and this will be done as I am there often, cleaning and gardening and I do stay sometimes ( in an out house) however I do work away or stay with my son who lives a few houses away. But everything is clean and working, with a new shower cubicle, downstairs toilet room, and new kitchen appliances such as microwave, washing machine, oven and an Airfryer woohoo! Everything needs a clean after using and I do insist on this ( using cleaning products which are all available).. There is a shelf in the fridge and a tray in the freezer for personal use, along with a dedicated cupboard in the kitchen for you. There isn’t much room in the kitchen for your own cooking utensils unfortunately, so these would have to be kept in your room, but you can use mine, which are kept clean. Likewise with crockery and cutlery.
I am a busy mother and grandmother and my family do visit occasionally- usually during the day when I am not working but not often. I am friendly, honest, bohemian and spiritual, with crystals everywhere! I love vintage and antique things, so this house is quite unusual 🤣 but very comfortable and cosy.
I am looking for a professional person, who is clean, tidy, kind and respectful of others and the space they are living in, for example, to clean the kitchen and utensils after every use and likewise with the bathroom. We are a friendly household and like to chat and catch up when we see each other, although we do like to chill on our own after a hard day at work! I will add pictures of the room shortly please bear with me , there is a tenant currently in there.
