Massive Double Bedroom with private bathroom

Hi all, please see pictures of my lovely (and very underused) 2nd bedroom in my newbuild property just off the beach in Minster. I live on my own and the house is too big for me so I've decided to rent one of the spare rooms out.

You must be easy going (like me!). Treat the house as your own, theres plenty of parking, a very quite residence & literally 300m from the sea front. I am rarely home during the day and out quite a lot in the evenings.

The whole house is practically brand new, modern kitchen and the house has all the mod cons (underfloor heating throughout is a gamechanger).
