House share in New Ash Green, Kent

Nice room on sunny side of large house in a beautiful quiet area.

New Ash Green is close to Longfield station, so 30 mins by train to London Victoria.

I am looking for someone who is a little older, around 30 maybe to house share with myself. There is another room, which I intend to let a little later.

The current available room is furnished at the back of the house overlooking the garden.

I am offering the room for £440 per month and this includes ALL the bills.

I think that all this is very good value because the house is very spacious. The lounge for instance is huge and there is a large garden which has a garage. There are also two toilets, a small one downstairs and a larger bathroom upstairs.

The room, house and location are definitely worth a visit.
