I have a newly refurbished double room with comfortable storage bed, large chest of drawers, 2 bedsite cupboards, specious built in wardrobe with mirror. There is a possibility to include desk and chair on request. I have Wi-fi and all bills are included in the monthly rent.

The room is in a 2 bedroom end of tarrace house with garden and patio. There is 1 bathroom upstairs, 1 toilet downstarirs, kitchen (with all appliances, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, dishes and cuttleries are available to use), living room and garden are shared with 1 owner only.

I am looking for a single person who is professional or a couple. If you are a couple the price in that case could be different.

Ideal transport:
From Orpington (15-20 mins by Bus R9, 353, R4 - bus stop 4 min walking distance from the house) Waterloo East (21 mins), London Bridge (16 mins), Charing Cross and Cannon Street. Conveniently located for M25, A20, A21 with good road links to SE London and Kent.

Free car park in the front.

Smokers no problem however no smoking inside the flat.

No dogs or cats, but small animals, like guinea pigs, hamster will be considered.

Viewing is available from now on and ready to be moved in 5th October (willing to consider sooner if the room is required sooner). Please note I require references.

There are shops and food within a minutes walk (great fish and chip shop) and Orpington high street is about a 15 minute walk away. Anymore questions feel free to ask.
