I’m a live out landlord so you have use of the whole house
There is a furnished double room to rent for single occupancy. The room includes a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and storage in the inbuilt cupboard above the water tank.
The house is a lovely three bed with shared bathroom/kitchen/lounge/downstairs toilet. There is on drive parking for 3 cars and a garden out the back which overlooks fields. There is gorgeous walks in the area which is on the edge of Pembury and down a quiet cul-de-sac.
If you work in the hospital we are a 30min walk, 10 min cycle max and a 5 min drive away.
Tunbridge wells and the North Farm Industrial estate are both close by.
Tonbridge and Tunbridge wells train stations are close, with direct links to London
