It is a 5-7 minutes walk from Petts Wood Station- with direct trains to London 20-30 mins, around the corner from the 208 bus which is a short ride to Bromley Town Centre.

Petts Wood has quite a few good pubs, restaurants, coffee shops sainsbury local, morrisons and many more shops.

We live in the main house. We do not have small children (our children are 21 and 25 years old) and we do not have any pets.

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and with references.

Would suit a single mature working professional. No couples please.

We are looking for £730 per month + £50 per month towards all bills and WiFi - no council tax.
