Access to washing machine, dryer (although excessive use will require extra electric top ups as its expensive to run) , shower, bath, courtyard and homemade gym in the garden. Please note I don't supply cleaning products or washing detergent so you will need to have your own.
I don't include TV licence as I don't watch live TV but welcome to buy it if you wish to watch TV. Unfortunately no access to a fridge/freezer (but will help while you settle) as mine is always full but I have some space for your own to have one set up in the kitchen.
~Upstairs Bedroom~Available from 11/12/19
First one is a small double with a built in wardrobe, shelving, double bed, headboard, TV unit & HDTV as furnished.
North facing window with a large radiator. Redecoration welcome but has been recently re-painted.
~Downstairs Bedroom
Available from 1/12/19
Viewings will be taken now.
Largest bedroom in the house, comes part furnished.
South facing with a triple fronted window so plenty of light, has custom wooden blinds to block the light out in Summer.
