As the house is sold (subject to contract) we a deciding wether to go for short term lets instead - will post about this on Tuesday. DOUBLE ROOM WITH VIEW OF TREES AVAILABLE in a lovely, large modern house. All bills included, complimentary Netflix, fibre broadband and weekly cleaner of the communal spaces.

The co-living space boasts large kitchen diner, luxurious living room with smart TV, and comfortable sofas. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is a garden, patio and cycle parking in the private side entrance.. There is ample on street parking.

Situated in a lovely part of Ramsgate, offering excellent transport links - just one minute walk to the 'Loop" bus stop, 7 minutes walk to a train station with a speedy train to London in just 1h 20m. Close to Ramsgate Harbour, beaches and Westwood Cross shopping centre.

Please note that the train line runs along the back of the house behind a bank of trees (so we benefit from trees at the back).

This is a pleasant, cheerful and quiet household and looking for professional/those in full time work. Sorry but no pets or DSS.

The house is currently up for sale so we're happy with short term lets, you're welcome to stay until the house sells and we will be able to give a months notice.
