House to share (only 1 person to share with)

Hi,

A house to share with one another person (means me) :) The room to rent is a double bright bedroom (furnished). The house is nice, bright, fully equipped, with a small terrasse and a big sunny garden. I like to keep the house clean. I am looking for a working housemate. I am working from home, a lot on the phone, so someone working out or in an office is probably more suitable. The bills are not included and will be shared between us two (approx. £150/m pp).

The common area:
- bathroom (shower over bath),
- kitchen (fully equipped) with dining area and doors to the deck and a big garden,
- separate living room.
The street is pretty quiet, with shops and pubs nearby. 10 mins walk to the Lookout Cafe by the sea, 15 mins walk to the harbour and Ramsgate train station.

The most important things for me:
- good vibe between us,
- a relationship based on trust and honesty,
- no money issues.
