The Flat:
This 2-bed flat is brand new and is on the second floor with a south facing balcony in a peaceful area. There is a large open-plan kitchen, living room and dining room, with a large TV equipped with Chromecast, HDMI and a playstation for films.

There is a house bathroom, with a bath, toilet and sink. There is also a dishwasher and clothes washing machine, a henry hoover and a fully equipped kitchen! The flat is a 5-minute walk from Ramsgate train station, and a 10-minute walk to the seafront. Trains to London are every half an hour, with the express train to St Pancras every hour.

The Room:
The room is a double room, furnished with a double bed, mattress and blinds, although a clothes rail will need to be purchased. it is very quiet and faces onto the side of the development.

Bills:
Bills are not included but will be split - I am on a variable tariff for water and electricity and Wifi is £20 pcm.
We are in Council Tax band B and this is £123 per month for the house.
