- has a super comfortable, new double bed with ottoman storage
- new cotton bed linen (or BYO)
- blackout curtains
- a reading corner

Shared facilities include:

- well equipped kitchen
- lodgers fridge and cupboards
- dining room
- front room with 55 inch TV
- cloakroom facilities on ground floor
- large back garden with table and chairs, sun umbrella etc.

Weekly cleaner attends to all common areas. Free on street parking is available.

We’re a busy professional Australian couple and both work from home with our loving and fun 11yo mini poodle.

Our friendly Scottish lodger is also professional, thoughtful and easy going. Fair to say that, generally, it's a friendly, respectful household.
