I am a single male age 41 living in the apartment so you can have the 2nd bedroom and 2nd bathroom. The living room and kitchen is clean and you can use it.
I pay all the bills, water, electric and council tax. 50 mbs broadband.
The apartment is secure and off street parking is free from 7pm to 8am. Parking in a private car park is also available.
Rochester and Chatham train stations are a 5-8 minute walk away as are both High Streets.
I do not mind if you smoke as long as it is not inside the apartment.
