Use of own bathroom

Clean well presented apartment on the esplanade, close to public transport links and town. Allocated parking, use of own bathroom. It's a single room. I have my children over one day in the week and every weekend.
Tenant must be no smoking, clean, respect the property and all contents, there is use of the living room up until a sensible time as my bedroom is on a mezzanine overlooking the living room so ideally I don't want a tv on when I'm in bed, there is a tv wall hung in the bedroom.
no party animals, or lazy people, just a nice decent person who respects other people's things and can clear up after themselves :) I'm in no desperate need to rent this room out, I am willing to wait until the ideal person comes along.
