Bedroom for rent

I am moving out of the room in central Tunbridge Wells and need someone to fill asap.

The property is located above Creams, about 6 minute walk to station and practically in the centre of town. Bus stops right outside the tesco across the road.

No living room but there is a breakfast bar in the kitchen which is nice for socialising. Kitchen also includes 2 ovens and a dishwasher.

All bills included in monthly rent, room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. There is an additional cupboard which I have used for storage, and an under the stairs cupboard with a fridge that I have been using (I am the only one who uses this so whole fridge to yourself!)

There are 2 bathrooms in the property, one downstairs and one upstairs. Upstairs has a bath and shower. The downstairs one is close to the room and only shared between 2 people.

Outside there is a spacious roof south facing terrace and some shared tables and chairs which can be used for summer, the space will be really nice for a bbq or friends round.

Flatmates are lovely, have gotten on well with them!
