Small double

The room on offer is a small double on the ground floor. You would be sharing the house with Irina who has been in the house for a number of years now, and Ayushi who moved in more recently. I used to live in the house full time but now only live here when I am in Sandwich which is not very often.

There are two spacious bath/shower rooms in the house, one upstairs and one on the ground floor. The latter is mostly used by the occupant of the advertised room which is next to it.

Free parking is available between 5pm and 9am in the quayside car park just round the corner, or in front of the house if you can find a vacant slot.

The house is located in the historic centre of Sandwich. It lies within very short walking distance of shops, banks, post office, pharmacy, library, cinema, pubs & restaurants, as well as green spaces, the river, and surrounding countryside.

You will be very welcome to use the kitchen and watch TV in the living room. Living in this house would suit someone looking for a friendly, relaxed, tidy and peaceful environment, where you can enjoy privacy without living alone. Look forward to hearing from you!
