I have a spacious double bedroom available to rent in a Victorian terraced house. The house is a 20 minute walk or a 6 minute bus ride to New Eltham station (Zone 4) which is then 15-25 minutes by train into London Bridge. Sidcup High Street, Sidcup Station, Queen’s Mary’s Hospital, Bird College & Rose Bruford are also all within walking distance.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, large mirror and black out blinds.
The person who rents will use of the ground floor bathroom (I’m in the loft space) and we will share the kitchen (fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker and microwave) and downstairs living and dining area. The house has a south facing garden.
The room is available immediately and I’m looking for a professional, friendly, clean and tidy non-smoker.
There is on road parking available which does not require a parking permit.
The rent is inclusive of bills and WIFI.
