Double room in 3 bed Sidcup House

This is a double room in a house share with 2 other friendly, young professional girls looking for someone to share our home with.
The bedroom includes a fitted wardrobe as well as the double bed.
The house has a lounge, kitchen, bathroom, downstairs loo, utility room, dining room and garden.
The bathroom is modern and clean and has recently had the floor replaced.
The house is kept clean and tidy and would suit someone who is respectful towards this.
We are happy for students to enquire but this will require a guarantor to sign the contract (which runs until September 2020).
The bills to be paid on top of rent include gas & electricity (around £20 a month each depending on weather) council tax (around £55 a month each) and tv/wifi package (around £15 a month).
The 321 bus stops right at the end of our road going in both directions. It is roughly equal distance to both Sidcup and New Eltham stations and both are reachable by bus in under 10 minutes or a 25 min walk. Sidcup high street is walkable in 10 minutes.
The train into central London from New Eltham station takes 20-25 minutes.
