I have two spare rooms available from March 24th in a spacious, comfortable house between Sidcup and Albany Park stations—great for commuting.

• Bedroom 2: £675 per month

• Part furnished

Rent prices listed are if you choose to pay in cash, rent paid by direct debit / bank transfer would be approximately 10% more (tbc by the landlord)

✨ A Bit About Me:
I’m the only current housemate—a professional dancer and musical theatre performer, so there’s usually a bit of singing and dancing going on! I love reading, going to the gym, theatre, and socialising!

I’m looking for like-minded housemates who enjoy a chilled but sociable home.
