Hello potential new housemate, I am looking for one (hopefully social) person to share my immaculate 3 bedroom 3 bathroom new build house in Sittingbourne. House is 2 mins walk from a large supermarket and 6 min walk to the train station and high street.
I am offering a spacious, newly decorated, furnished double room, with double bed, floor to ceiling triple wardrobe and built in vanity table. The room comes with its own private bathroom next door to it (I have my own bathroom of course) Cost includes all bills, high speed broadband, shared use of all common areas and garden (hot tub in the summer) and off street parking in front of the house.
Housemates are myself (obviously - live in landlord) and my super cute very affectionate dog, Arya the Chihuahua. In this current covid crisis I feel it’s worth mentioning that I do still go in to London for work every day, not an issue if people are working from home. I would prefer a dog lover who is happy to have a waggy-tailed fluff keeping them company and demanding strokes. I’m a seasoned house-sharer, and respect people’s space and privacy but ideally I’m looking for a friendly person to share the occasional bottle of wine and pizza with.
