My home is in a very sort after area of Sittingbourne (The Meads), near Bobbing Village. It is within walking distance of both Sittingbourne town centre and train station with regular trains to London, including the High Speed taking only 50 minutes to London. My home will suit someone who wants to relax and have their own privacy. I have totally refurbished this Double Bedroom and therefore the person to rent it will benefit from having a Large Shower (100 cm X 90 cm) - Double Bed - Large Double Wardrobe - Two Chest of Draws - Dressing Table with Large Mirror - Flat Screen TV. You will also have your own private toilet with a sink immediately next to your bedroom, virtually like having your own ensuite. My home also includes FREE Superfast Unlimited Fibre Optic Broadband for those fast internet connections. You will also have your own Fridge & Kitchen Cupboards for your own personal use. The large kitchen also benefits from having a utility room next to it which has a washer/dryer. As you can see from the photo's, I keep my home very clean and tidy; therefore I am looking for a friendly, respectful, tidy individual to share my home with.
