Family have lived here for over 10 years so neighbourly street. Respectful, quiet, friendly. Parking Available on non-busy street/close.

The room available is lovely, very spacious loft converted room with raised side, gorgeous view. White walls, victorian curved wrought juliette rail to double door window. Grey carpeted room comes with queen size bed, mirror, table and 32-inch tv mounted to wall. En suite bathroom is small but has bath and shower.
**The ceiling in bathroom is low, I'm 5ft9 and can just about stand under the shower here, although there are two bathrooms if needed.

Pretty relaxed, easy-going person but busy with work most days. Weekends I'm usually doing something with my car, home diy or cooking. I like a clean house, would be terrible in a big house share tbh. House comes with a cat but she's usually asleep in my room.

Open to people with pets, would prefer non-smoker only as I just quit aha. Will provide good pictures in next few days- message me for details.

House is located on a very long steep hill- would recommend for someone with car, will keep you fit otherwise that's for sure.
