The house is a short walk from Strood train Station, and within walking distance of Rochester Station as well. There are also excellent transport links if you drive. We are near to all local amenities. We have a cat who is friendly and a nice sunny garden, which you can sit out in the summer. All bills are included. There is no off street parking, but there are always spaces outside the house for which a permit is required. Sorry no couples or pets. A female who works in a profession that requires a clear DBS, would be ideal.
