End of Terraced house with double bedroom available to rent from
5th July through to mid September.
I will be away on training from Monday - Friday so the entire house is available, including the use of Sky TV, playstation etc.
I'm ideally looking for a professional that is looking for a place to stay Monday - Friday returning home on weekends as the house will be unavailable then.
Located 10 minute walk from Strood train station and a 15 minute walk from Rochester high street, the house is ideally located for commuters that might want to go in to London whilst having the option to also work remotely from the house in the week.
I do have a cat living in the property, there is a cat flap installed so he comes and goes in the day, but I would be very grateful if the Tennant could feed him whilst staying, I will of course make sure all of his food is supplied.
