Spacious detached family house in quiet road.

Room 1 - large double room to let for a single professional person in a peaceful detached modern family house in Strood. Room 2 small single for a single professional person. Shared use of family kitchen, living room with basic TV (via Firestick) dining room , bathroom and garden. We are in a quiet location approximately 10 minutes walk from both Rochester & Strood town centres and 5-6 minute walk from Strood station for mainline trains to London and easy connections to Maidstone. Rochester station is approx a 12 minute walk. The house has ample off street parking and broadband & WiFi available. Must be a non-smoker and like pets, we have a very friendly cat and a young dog. Myself and my 28 year old son both work in the NHS. We are very friendly & welcoming and live in a peaceful, happy house. Not many rules, am easy going, just looking for someone cheerful, fairly tidy and respectful of my family home. Please message me if you have any questions.
