We are Andi & Nathan
We are looking for a tidy & clean respectful housemate.
The room is on the first floor, with your sole use of the master bathroom next to your bedroom.
The other room on that floor is used as an office / work space.
We are easy going, and both work shifts. Our ideal housemate would be a gay guy, who wants a nice house to live in, whilst still being only a 2 stop train journey into London (25min-35min to Victoria) We're in Zone 8, who knew there was a zone 8?
Also, extremely easy access to junction 3 of M25.
Pets would be considered, but this would require discussion. Ideal as Swanley park is located directly behind the house.
Smoking is fine in the garden, but not in the house.
