My name is Will and I live with my cat Mango. I have a first floor modern double room, with view of the garden available to rent. You'll have sole access to the bathroom on the first floor and shared use of the fully fitted kitchen and living room with TV, Sky, Netflix etc. Also, the garden when the weather allows!
The house is within walking distance (15-20mins) of Ebbsfleet International Station which is 20 minutes to Kings Cross/St Pancras. You'll have access to off street parking for one car.
I work in London during the week and I'm often out and about in the evenings and weekends but like to cook dinner at home when I can.
