A modern, bright and airy flat in the heart of Tonbridge. Step out onto the High St and walk only 8 mins to Tonbridge railway station.

As a secondary school teacher I am looking to live with another easy-going professional, respectful of the fact that working life is busy (so a bit of peace of quiet in the week needed). Fun at the weekends encouraged! Very much up for the odd beer out, or not, depending on your preference.

Note: The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (new mattress may be required), a chest of drawers and possibly a wardrobe (if the existing tenant does not require).

Note 2: Permit parking costs £45 for one year.

Note 3: An earlier start date may be possible with some discussion.

Note 4: The rent may need to increase slightly during the year due to the ongoing rise in utility bills. Full transparency provided through Excel bill records.
