Double room for single occupancy available in central Tonbridge (5 min walk to the train station, 1 min to Sainsbury’s superstore). Furnished as shown on the pictures above. All bills included, unfortunately there’s no parking available.
We are both busy professionals working two jobs and are looking for someone who works at least 5 days a week (ideally working on Sundays as that’s when we’re off) with fixed shift pattern and considers the house as a place of rest and peace. No overnight guests please.
Monday to Friday let is possible as well.
