The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and the bathroom would be privately used by the person renting the room. The kitchen has all mod-cons including a dishwasher and a new washer/drier.
I am looking for a professional to share the flat, someone who is respectful but that enjoys a conversation over a glass of wine from time to time!
