One double room available to rent in a large three bedroom property in close proximity to the centre of Tunbridge Wells. A double room available for £500 per month. All bills are included within this price (Gas, electricity, water, TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime video, WiFi etc) and the room comes with a bed, mattress, duvet and pillows and a wardrobe for storage. The property is situated around a 15 minute walk to the centre of town and station with plenty of other transportation links there.

The property has 2 bathrooms - one with a shower and the other a shower/bath. There is a spacious kitchen and utility area complete with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, gas hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer; and a large lounge with TV and dining area to relax after a long day at work. There is a private decking area/garden outside too. The house has gas central heating throughout and double glazing. There is also on street permit parking and temporary parking available.

The property is located next to Dunorlan park and there is a local convenience store just a 5 minute walk away. The train station is approximately a 15 minute walk away in the centre of town where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants.

I am a 25 y/o professional (accountant) another 26y/o chap from New Zealand who is a teacher also lives in the house and my girlfriend comes to stay a couple of nights a week with her kitten, Belle. We are a very chilled house looking for a similar tidy young professional to join us.
