Great room, private bathroom & private parking!

Hi all,

I have a double room available in Tunbridge Wells, just near the Pantiles. It’s in a spacious, open plan, modern apartment and I am looking for a flat mate to share with. Rent is £680 per month, inclusive of all bills.

(I am the landlord - but please don’t be put off by this, I am very easy going).

The place:

Good size double room with furniture. (More to come than in the photos as still doing the place up). Brand new comfy mattress from dreams beds, so you can zzz peacefully.

Your bathroom is not actually an en-suite. However, it is directly opposite the door to your room and is a large main bathroom which you will have exclusive use of.

The apartment comes with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 50 inch smart tele in main room (Netflix, prime, etc.) and all the normal appliances.

The flat has two secure basement car parking spaces. You will have one.

3 mins walk to Sainsbury's & Homebase, 4 mins walk to the Pantiles and 10 minutes walk to the train station.

There are gardens, patio areas and foot paths. The estate is fully serviced and kept to a very high standard.

Me:

I’m Alex, 28, work in commercial property in London and commute during the week. I’m friendly, enjoy having a laugh and am hoping to find a flatmate who is also fairly social and up for watching a movie or sharing the cooking some times. However, would be good to live someone who is also fairly busy and independent. Also, I try to keep things reasonably quiet after 10:30ish during the week, so may not work if you were a proper night owl.
