Fab location near the Pantiles but also close to a huge Supermarket. The flat is spacious with a big bay window drawing room. Small kitchen and old fashioned bathroom but you have only one other flatmate-and I am hardly ever there. All bills included, wifi tv gas electricity. You have a fitted wardrobe and fitted shelves. Decent bed with lovely big window overlooking a green space. Ten minute walk to Tunbridge Wells stn and in London in less than an hour.
I work in a nearby hospital. I prefer a quiet flatmate. Also you need to keep your things in your room.
I do some group zoom or meetings occassionally. And I also use the front room for meetings on Two/three evenings.
We have good hot water and heating and a huge fridge. The washing machine works well.
