2 double bedrooms in Pantiles Maisonette

Room (Mine)

There are two rooms available in a lovely Maisonette located in the Pantiles. The rooms will be available from the 28th of January 2022. The flat has high ceilings and the landlord is very responsive.

The rooms are unfurnished and if you have any other furniture you’d like to bring for the living room (sofa / dining table and chairs) that would be ideal. Each room would fit a double bed comfortably, I have a king sized bed in mine (pictured).

I have lived in the flat for 6 months and my current flatmates are moving out, so need two people to replace them. There is one main bathroom which is very nicely done and contains a bathtub with a shower in it. There is also a small WC downstairs. I work shifts so I’ve never had an issue with sharing the bathroom between 3. The property has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher.

I am a very clean person and would like any potential flatmates to be clean and respectful as well. I love to cook and bake and would like to live with people who are social and enjoy a chat over a glass of wine but also live their own lives.

The contract would be for 6 months initially as the landlord is selling the flat to another landlord who wishes to continue renting out the flat. So it is highly likely that the contract would be renewed under the new owners.

Bills and council tax are not included in the rent and will be approx an additional £150 each per month. There is permit parking on the street outside if you have a car, I’ve never had an issue with finding a space.

I appreciate the pictures aren’t great but my current flatmates are isolating till the 11th so I don’t have access to the flat for viewings until then.
