Hi to anyone reading this.

I have two bedrooms available to rent out.

No 1 is a furnished, comfortable kingsize room in Tunbridge Wells with two built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, sofa and an ensuite ie bath and power shower. £800 pcm inc bills. This bedroom comes with an off road parking space.

No 2 bedroom is also furnished. It is a good size double room but smaller than the other bedroom. It has a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, ensuite ie bath and power shower. £750 pcm inc bills.

The house is on the edge of TWells between TWells and Rusthall commons but it is only 15/20 mins walk to the railway station, Pantiles, shops and Sainsburys & Lidl. Trains to London take under an hour (City trains are especially fast - 50 mins) and there is a City commuter coach stop at the end of the road.

I am a relaxed, friendly live in landlady and have a tidy, clean home but am not obsessive. Looking for the same in a flatmate.

You would have full use of all communal area such as - kitchen/living room, sitting room, terrace. The apartment is within a large Victorian house and is modern with very high spec appliances throughout.

Would suit someone who is respectful of others, is easy going and who wants to live harmoniously in a quiet environment and enjoy a shared cuppa, glass/meal etc from time to time. And a laugh or two!

I have lots of interests eg theatre, reading, country walks and pubs, cooking, travel, languages etc and am always interested to meet new people and learn new things.
