House share St John’s Extra large room

A large room with a king size bed is available . The room has a brand new carpet and just been re painted. It overlooks the garden . The room is furnished with bedside cabinets, chest of drawers , white wardrobe & also a hanging rail. There is also a clothes airer. The large bathroom is next door The kitchen/dining room, living room and garden are shared areas. There is WI-FI a washing machine, dishwasher and use of two televisions, downstairs. One in kitchen dining room, the other in the sitting room. All nationalities are welcome. Its a relaxed, friendly household . I sometimes work in the evenings and often away 2 nights a week. The property is within a few minutes walk of a local Tesco , a park, sports centre and a couple of excellent pubs, St. Johns Yard and Trading Post. It takes approx. 15 mins to walk in to the centre of town / train station but there are bus stops close by too. Parking spaces normally available on road outside. (No permit parking) . Viewings available either in day or evenings.
