Shared kitchen

I am a live-out landlady and have a small double bedroom to rent within my three bedroom property in High Brooms, Tunbridge Wells. The rent is £525 and this price includes all bills and internet. This property is less than a 5 minute walk to High Brooms station and is on the T-Wells train line into central London in 50 minutes. It is a 20 minute walk into T-Wells town centre.

You will be living with two female professionals, in their thirties/early forties. This would suit either male or a female and someone who is looking for a home rather than just somewhere to stay for a couple of months. I will be providing a 6 month tenancy agreement. We are not looking for any short-term lets.

Would like someone who is clean and respectful. The house is non smoking so a non smoker would be preferred. Would prefer a professional person. Sorry but no couples and not suitable for pets.

The room is available from 16th September. I would require one months rent in advance as a deposit and rent would be payable on the day you move in for the month ahead. Sorry but this is not negotiable.

There is a shared bathroom with bath and separate shower. There is a shared lounge and a shared kitchen. There is a garden. The furnishings in the bedroom include a double bed with mattress, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

There is both non-permit and permit parking on the road. There is a permit available for the person who moves in if they want to apply for one via the council website.
