My husband and I live in a large, beautiful old house and have a pleasant and comfortable double bedroom with its own bathroom available for a lodger from Monday to Friday. The house is in the pretty village of Upnor which has two pubs and is located 5minutes drive from the the universities at the Medway campus, Medway city Estate, Brompton barracks and main line train stations. Ebbsfleet international is only a 15 minute drive away. There is a bus service but not frequent so a car is useful and we have parking. We are both easy going and work full time. Our previous lodgers have worked locally but live too far away to commute on a daily basis. Please contact us if you would like further information. We have a friendly labrador and Jack Russell. Please note we will only consider a Monday to Friday lodger. We will also consider 7 days a week but only on a short term contract at £800.00 PCM.
