Quiet room share with mature, respectful tenants

£150 pw is a very large triple room. All others are large doubles.

Not accepting short-term tenants, 1 year minimum.
No friends, family or other random visits or sleepovers.
No couples or those on benefits/DSS.

About a 10 min walk to Welling station (zone 4) and 24 mins to London Bridge.
Smokers are welcome BUT have to smoke outside.
The room is provided furnished, but you need your own bedding.

The property benefits from a large garden (BBQ in summer!) and there's also a big park opposite.

I don't have any preference in regards to tenants, as long as they respect the property, fellow tenants and are reliable, everyone will get along fine. No electric heaters or air conditioning units are allowed.

We're very nice, friendly and the atmosphere is chilled out as the average age of all tenants is 40.

Very easy going live in landlord, quiet and peaceful area. The property has 2 toilets and 1 shower and bath (one upstairs, one downstairs).

All appliances and equipment are for everyone to use.
Reservations can only be kept if a deposit is left.
