Hi, we have a double bedroom available to rent. Shared bathroom with 1 person as we have our own bathroom. We are live in landlords but are easy going. We are a short walk to both Welling and Falconwood stations with excellent train service to London. We are close to Bexleyheath and Bluewater and a short walk to welling high st. All bills are included, sky tv, Netflix and Wi-Fi included also. We have been renting our rooms for the past 10 years and previous tennent have been very happy.
