A cozy single bedroom is available in a large, well-maintained 3-bedroom house, just a 10-minute walk from Falconwood Station (Zone 4). The location offers excellent transport links, with trains taking just 25 minutes to Charing Cross, London Bridge, or Cannon Street.

I live in the house alone except one night a week - my 10-year-old and 8-year-old, who stay with me one night a week on weekends (the 8-year-old sleeps in my room). Your room will be 100% private and exclusively yours at all times.

This setup is ideal for someone looking for a comfortable weekday base (Monday to Friday), with the option to return home on weekends, or someone who wants to stay 7 days a week but I’m flexible for the right person.
