I am renting a double room in a 4-bed house with 2 bathrooms, with only 2 occupants.
The room is for single use only.

The room is immediately available and can be rented until December (could be extended)
The spacious double room on the first floor overlooks the garden, includes a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a TV and a king-sized bed. The lodger will have access to a modern bathroom with a shower on the first floor and shared only with one other person. The bathroom has been recently renovated.

The living room, dining room, kitchen and garden with patio are shared.

Great transport links to London: Falconwood and Welling 10-15 min walk. The bus stop is opposite the house.

Local convenience shops and restaurants 1-minute walk.

All bills are included: Council tax, gas and electricity, and fibre broadband.
